The track is an uptempo dance-pop number soaked with spacey synths and rebellious lyrical content. Maybe it’s a little too mature for a child who still has a few years to go before hitting those dreaded teens.

How many 10-year-olds can actually say they can run riot without being restricted? I know that if anyone in my family tried to lay down the law at 10, we’d get a slap in the mouth. ’21st Century Girl’ has all the elements for radio to jump all over it. Plus, having that Hollywood-savvy last name branded by her parents, also works in her favour.
