Preview: Cher Lloyd’s new album…

Cher Lloyd pictured arriving at her album listening party in London on July 28th…

Last night, Cher Lloyd had an online listening party in which five songs were exlusively previewed from her debut album. The record is an eclectic fusion of dancehall, hip-hop, R&B, dubstep and *ahem* swag-pop. The Busta Rhymes assisted ‘Grow Up’, the Mike Poysner assisted ‘With Ur Love’, as well as ‘Dub on the Track’, ‘Superhero’ and ‘Over the Moon’ are the cuts fans were given a preview to.

Lloyd, who celebrated her 18th birthday yesterday, is set to drop her new album this November. As well as Busta and Poysner, the LP will feature production and guest appearances from Tinchy Stryder, Dukebox, The Runners and RedOne. Take a listen after the jump…

The album samples sound decent, not really my style of songs though. The one with Busta Rhymes sounds the worst/most baby-ish.

the only album i look really forward to at the moment is nicola roberts’. even though she isn’t able to put life in her songs live, her songs are all on point

Busta Rhymes lost any credibility he had right there…. Hopefully Adele will still be number one or a new Amy Winehouse album will to cancel out this shit!
