EPIX News takes you behind the scenes of Britney Spears ‘Femme Fatale’ tour! On November 12th, fans will be able to enjoy the singer slaying her competition out of the water with her dainty skips, chest bops and pre-recorded vocals during the premiere on EPIX. The 29-year-old is currently embarking on the European leg, which kicked off a week ago.

The DVD was shot last month in 2D and 3D by 3ality Digital at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. Be sure to tune in at 8pm ET for the concert!

Leona Lewis performed some of her new tracks at a press conference in Japan yesterday. She was promoting her latest single ‘Collide’ and her forthcoming album ‘Glassheart’, which will now drop in stores on March 26th 2012 (according to Amazon). The show was aired on their version of the Fox Network. As talented as she is, Leona needs to find her niche as an artist because right now she’s struggling.

Having tested the waters with lead single ‘Collide’, and seeing how it did not get the response she was hoping for, at least she can now figure out her musical angle and where she needs to be. Click here to view more photos and stay tuned for video footage.

Cher Lloyd performs an acoustic version of her latest single ‘With Ur Love’, during her visit to the Real Radio Evening show this week. When 18-year-old Lloyd was doing the X Factor live shows, her singing abilities have always come into question. But this shows Lloyd may have taken some vocal lessons in her bid to be taken seriously as a singer.

After all, who wants to be mocked and jeered for the remainder of their career? Lloyd is even heard playing around with her falsetto, which surprisingly doesn’t sound half bad at all. Definetely a big improvement! The Mike Posner assisted cut will officially be released on October 30th, followed by her debut album on November 7th.

The amazing Joss Stone delivered a 12-song set at the Rock in Rio festival last night (Sept 29th). On the Sunset stage, Joss paraded around barefoot and performed old hit singles, as well as tracks from her latest new album ‘LP1′. Over 80,000 festival goers saw the 24-year-old put on a divatastic presentation full of spunk, sass and soul. The stadium was filled with Stone’s cascading emotions and fiery attitude.

Crowds also roared as she made changes to her setlist due to their request! Overall, an outstanding show from Joss which highlights just how ridiculously talented she is. Watch her entire set after the jump.

Aggy is looking at a summer 2012 release, and you’ll never guess who wants to be a part of it! Hip-hop producer Timbaland! Whether Aggy will take him up on his offer is yet to be seen, but the fact that they have yet to work together would generate some massive curiousity. Aside from music and launching a C&A clothing line, Aggy has debuted a commercial for her brand new fragrance ‘Secret Potion’.

Chart queen Adele has chosen to go the simple, concept-less and focal direction for her newly premiered music video ‘Someone Like You’. Instead, the 23-year-old allows her voice to take centre stage. In the black and white Jake Nava-directed visual, Adele is seen doing her bit of sight seeing in France while conveying sadness at the breakdown of her relationship. A concept visual would have been nice. However…

The video itself was classy and its simplicity further epitomised loneliness and heartbreak which fully embraces and defines the song. The unstoppable track has since returned to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100. Check out the focal music video after the jump.

When it comes to pop boyband JLS and pop girlband The Saturdays, it makes sense to kill two birds with one stone. After all, they are in deed parallel pop groups from the UK. So, lads first. Due to massive demand, JLS have just confirmed even more shows for their ’4th Dimension’ UK arena tour which begins next year March.

“We can’t wait to headline our second arena tour” they said in a statement. “It’s been an incredible few years for us and the 4th Dimension tour is going to be amazing. We’re really excited to perform tracks off our brand new album as well as fan favourites. We are working really hard to make this tour a huge experience for our fans. There will be some surprises in store!” The popular quarter have added numerous extra dates within hours of tickets going on sale. An additional three shows have been added in Manchester, London and Glasgow.

Media mogul Simon Cowell has denied referring to Beyonce and Lady Gaga as “boring singers” who solely rely on image. Cowell explained: “Beyonce is the biggest star we’ve seen in 20 years; we’re seeing sort of the rise of the super female pop star. It’s like a different breed. Beyonce has that. When it comes to Gaga, she is the most relevant pop artist in the world at the moment. I’ve met her. She is very smart. I like her. She is a total, utter star. You have to be open and embrace this level of expression. You hope to God that you can find someone like her”.

I’m sorry but I don’t buy it. I DO believe he said what he did and is only backtracking because he’s feeling the heat of such an unwise, very unpopular claim. Back in 2006, the acid-tongued judge described Beyonce as “not sexy” and “not a great singer”, which resulted in Matthew Knowles having several disapproving words in retaliation. Of course Cowell had to eat crow pie and place his lips firmly on that same butt when he wanted the singer to appear on the UK’s X Factor with Alexandra Burke.

R&B chanteuse Ashanti visited ‘The Today Show’ this morning where she announced ‘No Good’, the first lead single to be lifted from her upcoming fifth studio album. Ashanti has been readying her fifth studio album, with production and collaborations from Rico Love, Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes. ‘No Good’ is expected to hit airwaves before the end of the year.

None of her past albums have been able to match the success and critical acclaim of her record-breaking debut. Therefore, ‘No Good’ will need to be hot like fire if she has any chance at reclaiming some chart domination. The LP will be released on her own label Written Entertainment. Are you anticipated?
