Britney Spears is nearly 30-years-old and yet, she has no freedom whatsoever over what she is asked in interviews or what she’s allowed to say thanks to a strictly controlling team. Remember when Mikey posted this interview? When the Swedish journalist asked the singer if she felt “over-protected”, she looked over at her team who then abruptedly cut the interview short. Well, that very journalist, who goes by the name Torbjörn Ek has spoken out about how his questions were thrown into the scrap heap. Those included:
1. Her co-operation with Swedish songwriters
2. Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and any of her fellow Disney stars
3. Chris Crocker‘s world-famous ‘Leave Britney Alone’ clip
4. Hopes of what the future will bring.
The reporter went on to say the “secret agreements” and the censoring of his questions “destroyed all possibility of journalistic work”. Basically, we won’t ever get an interesting interview from Britney Spears. Outside of asking her what she likes to eat for tea and the odd few questions about the album and tour, journalists will be asking themselves if having a sitdown with her is payable enough worth it.
