If the accusations from Tameka Raymond (nee Foster) against her ex-husband Usher Raymond turn out to be true, Usher will have a lot more to confessing to do than on his 2004 certified diamond selling album.
The relationship between the R&B singer and his domineering ex-wife has been nothing short of explosive following the announcement of their split in 2009. Now after a marriage, rumored sex tapes, restraining orders, and two beautiful children, Tameka Raymond has filed official court papers seeking to strip Usher of his parental rights, therefore rendering her the sole custodian of both their young boys. This is quite a shock as public perception would lead one to believe that Usher was a loving and doting father. What are her reasons for doing this you ask?

Based on court documents obtained by TMZ Tameka claims:
-That Usher is obligated to get her approval prior to hiring nannies, but has failed to do so.
-That Usher must give her the option of watching the children when he’s away for more than eight hours, but has not always done so.
-That Usher reneged on giving his ex custody of the kids for two weeks this past summer and during Christmas 2010.
-That Usher has failed to obtain permission for Tameka to travel outside the state with her children, as previously promised.
-That – we are not making this up – Usher canceled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card.
According to TMZ, the court filed documents report that Usher had promised Tameka $5000 a month to pay for a nanny but he hasn’t paid for several months and now owes around $34,000 worth of back payments. Tameka also alleges that Usher has failed to get her approval before hiring nannies for the children, refused to give her the opportunity to be with them when he’s away for more than 8 hours, prevented her from having custody of the boys during Christmas break in 2010, and closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card, which he previously said he wouldn’t do.
