Keyshia Cole showed off her new fried locks and shimmering lip tattoos this week. The new look goes hand in hand with the new album, set for February.
Just like Rihanna, the R&B songstress has experimented with blonde, red and black hair throughout the course of her career. She is also preparing a reality show titled ‘Family First’, which will be centred around her role as a mother and a wife. Blonde weaves are a tad bit played out in my book, but she looks very nice. The colour really suits her. Latest album ‘Calling All Hearts’ is her least successful and the only one in her career not to be attached to a reality show. This in turn is a good way to generate buzz for the project, but at the same time, the music has to be good as well! *goes back to playing her debut*

She’s had blonde hair before – but it was shorter. Hair looks hot, lips look hot. This new music will be hot. I think she learned her lesson with Calling All Hearts – I liked the album but it lacked the punch of her first two. She will come back hard and strong. Looking forward to February!
