Original Sugababe members Keisha Buchanan and Mutya Buena have confirmed the group are back together following a series of tweets (1, 2). Reports about the reunion surfaced last October (1, 2) but nothing was ever officially set in stone.

Now the pair have reunited with original bandmate Siobhán Donaghy, and the trio have been holed up in the studio for months recording a brand new album.

The news comes after Heidi Range confirmed this week that her parody group Sugababes 2.0 (Jade Ewen and Amelle Berrabah) have no plans whatsoever to put out a new album. Well damn! So, does this mean Keisha has scrapped her solo album? Things sure are about to get interesting around these parts!
