There was a bit of an outcry when Amazon published a ‘November’ release date for Leona Lewis‘s new album ‘Glassheart’. Lewis has taken to twitter to address the depressing news, although she does not confirm or deny the revised new release date. She writes: “Hey guys, I know lots of you are asking about the release of ‘Glassheart’. I’m just recording and putting the finishing touches on my record now. As soon as it’s ready it will be coming your way!”
Why does she need an entire 10 months to record a new album? If the album was suppose to drop last November, wouldn’t she have recorded a stackful of songs already? Seems like her label panicked about the album’s direction and sent her back into the lab to re-record the entire project. In any case, we hope this is a gamble that pays off in the long run. We also hope that Clive Davis is right on the money when he says the album is “damn good and has hits”. Lewis is far too talented to fall off the wagon at this point in her career.

After suffering a sophomore “catastrophe” I can see why the record label wants her to get more songs. Leona needs a hit of any kind at this point.
I was looking forward to this album.

Like I already said, no one cares about this girl. She had her moment with bleeding love and now its time to pack it in and say goodbye.I hope she has a college degree to fall back on. She doesnt have any star quality.
love leona she is simply the best and i am sure the album will be worth the wait
