Madonna‘s new single ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ and highly anticipated album ‘M.D.N.A.’ (March 26th) recieved some serious promotional ignition last night after she performed at the Super Bowl halftime show. Let’s just say the performance was nothing short of amazing! That entrance slayed my life. The show opened up with Roman gladiators marching across the field to the stage. Madonna appeared on a throne before performing her new single and classic hits ‘Vogue’, ‘Music’, ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’, ‘Express Yourself’ and ‘Like A Prayer’.

Throughout those numbers she was joined on stage by LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee Lo Green. Madge obviously listened to Elton John‘s advice by giving fans 30-plus years of lip sync perfection! In the beginning, she looked really nervous and stiff, and she almost fell during part of the performance while she was dancing by herself. But as the performance progressed, she found her niche and warmed up.

The set was probably the most elaborate stage I’ve ever seen in my life (especially the floor). Michael was probably somewhere smiling down at that set. Absolutely ah-mah-zing!!!!! The stage, the production, the dancers and the overall theatrics around her were simply epic. Even if she never delivered the best ever halftime show (Michael Jackson and Prince win on that front), for an almost 54-year-old woman, I think Madonna slayed! Cee Lo nailed his bit on ‘Prayer’ but Minaj and M.I.A. were simply passing by, while LMFAO added nothing to the performance whatsoever. Check out the theatrical presentation after the jump!
