Performance: Adele performs ‘Rolling In The Deep’ at Grammy Awards, ties with Beyonce for most wins…
Adele‘s opening line shut the entire show down. Although her voice was not 100%, and her chest register was different (not as weighty), she still slayed her performance of smash single ‘Rolling In The Deep’ last night. For someone who had throat surgery recently and can still sound like that in recovery mode is very inspiring. A standing ovation was well deserved!
My only gripe is that I wish she’d wear something other than black at every award show.
I know she likes to dress to accentauate her size but a little colour to her wardrobe wouldn’t hurt. Her album ’21′ continues to match and break records, as she has now tied with Beyonce for snagging the most Grammy wins in a single night. She picked up all six MAJOR awards of the evening! Slayage.
She sounded amazing to me. Want to see her in more colours too. Deserved the wins, the material was great and the sales demanded the wins.

She looks like a more normal, NON duck lipped, prettier(and more talented) Lana Del Rey with how her make up and hair is done. Love it!
She did sound different, but still very good! So happy for her accomplishments. It must be pretty emotional for her, given that she considers Beyonce one of her idols, to have tied this record with her.
I agree with you Toya. Her voice is slightly different and she needed to use a little more effort than usual but honestly it was a great performance.

I think not a single person had a good performance. The whole entire show was boring. The Grammy’s suck in my opinion, the worst award show. The only thing relevant about it is actually winning the award. The ceremony suck. but congrats to all the winners

I also wish she would add some color to her wardrobe. But, I remember reading about her love for black. Anyway, the performance was amazing. Her voice sounded different but that is to be expected. Over time, I hope she start to add a little more to her performances. I don’t expect her to dance around like bouncy but a little movement would be nice. Leona Lewis doing the same type of dull performance every single time is what make people get sick of her so fast. Every performance is starting to become predictable. But, all in all, it was great and I am so glad she walked away w/all her awards.
The difference between Adele and Beyonce is that Adele deserved her 6 in one night Beyonce did not, at least not for the I Am…Sasha Fierce album…
