Usher spotted with a fan at the Radio One studio in London earlier today.
Earlier tonight in Mayfair, London, press attended an exclusive playback for Usher’s seventh studio album. Tonight, he also announced the album title which goes by the name ‘The Shanertance’, reports CNN.
The R&B crooner arrived at his playback today all calm, cool and calculated wearing some designer specs. As for the real question, what exactly are British journalists saying about Usher’s new album? Find out after the cut!

“Some seriously amazing tunes on Usher’s new record” writes Natalie Edwards. “In the mood to party now. Full of very sexy club-bangers”. Meanwile, Daily Star journo James Ingham compares the project to Rihanna‘s ‘Talk That Talk’. He writes: “Impressed with Usher’s new album. Hard to describe but a mix of everything thrown into one. Think ‘Confessions’ for 2012″. He continues: “If I had to describe I’d say Usher’s new album is like the male version of Rihanna’s ‘Talk That Talk’”. He elaborates that he was going by “style” and that Usher’s new album definitely had the “stronger” production.
‘The Shanertance’ will be out this Spring, while the album’s Diplo-produced lead single ‘Climax’ currently stands at #45 on the Billboard Hot 100. Earlier this week, Usher confirmed that he has collaborated with British producer Labrinth on the project. Stay tuned for more album details.
