Melanie Fiona took to the stage this week to perform her new single ‘This Time’ on Live! With Kelly. The performance took place in her native Canada.

‘This Time’ is one of the stand outs from Melanie’s new album ‘The MF Life’, so I am glad it’s getting more of the live treatment. This is only her third time performing the track on live television after she recently performed it on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

I most definitely approve. As expected, the performance, which was backed by a live band, brimmed with attitude and confidence and her vocals shone through. Loved it. As reported, the album sold a lukewarm 34k last week. Of course I think it was deserving of better sales and can only hope things pick up. It all depends on how far the label is willing to push the project.
