Alexandra Burke delivered her first televised performance of new single ‘Let It Go’ by taking to the stage earlier tonight at The Voice of Ireland.

It was quite the coincidence that her cheating boyfriend Jermaine Defoe was on Family Fortunes earlier tonight as well (they were f*cking useless by the way), and my mum was like she’d probably still stay with him anyway. The fact that she has yet to publicly speak about it is quite telling. Then again, they never confirmed their relationship so there’s nothing to address if they never confirmed right? Burke’s dreams to be in an elitest pop star/footballer relationship (power couple as in Posh & Becks, Ashley & Cheryl) looks set to be over before its begun.

And though talk of her doomed romance is being dragged across headlines, she pressed on with promo delivering a post Britney-esque performance (the routine was still very minimal compared to what we saw in previous rehearsal footage). C’mon chick. The show must go on.
