Willow Smith randomly premieres the music video for her latest single ‘Do It Like Me (Rockstar)’.

The video was shot BEFORE ‘Whip My Hair’ and you can tell because those looks are very old and were used a year ago for several promo shoots. This would even suggest that ‘Rockstar’ may have been a viable contendar for lead single (thankfully it wasn’t and the right single was chosen). Plus, she chopped off all her hair now and has proceeded to dye it in all sorts of wacky crayola colours on days that would suit her. I’m just not understanding why she’s choosing to release it now though especially at the back of zero promotion/hype.

As fun and quirky as the visual is, what the hell is Roc Nation doing with this little lady? Since the massive success of ‘Whip My Hair’, Willow has released several singles and visuals (‘Fireball’ and ’21st Century Girl’) that have all failed to match the success of its leading precedessor.

Her debut album ‘Knees & Elbows’ was set for release on April 3rd (and did not encounter a release). And as for this single, I don’t even want to say where it’s about to end up.
