The line-up for 2012′s Billboard Music Awards was looking dryer than burnt toast without its butter, but that has now changed with Usher, Kelly Clarkson and Nelly Furtado being added to the line-up.

I’m going to need them to add Rihanna and Chris Brown to this line-up. However, given Billboard’s stunt with their ‘open letters’ to *those* damn remixes, probably not.

As for the newly announced performers, they now join previously announced acts such as Justin Bieber, Cee-Lo Green, Carrie Underwood, The Wanted and LMFAO. The Billboard Music Awards will air live at 8pm ET on May 20th courtesy of ABC. More performers are set to be announced shortly.
