Misha B recorded an i-N session with i-D Online recently. As a result, we get to see the talented 20-year-old perform her debut single ‘Home Run’ live for the very first time. Misha delivered an acoustic rendition of the track, while blitzing the entire performance with her soulful vocals and killer delivery. Not much people know about this, but the MNEK-produced cut was originally set to be a heartfelt ballad about an ex-boyfriend she use to date. Apparently, she decided that she wanted to twist it up and insert some of her Island swag to the record.

If we were ever to get a ballad rendition without the percussion and the reggae-laced, drum and bass-infused beats, this is probably what it would sound like in part. Those vocals are seriously bestial and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. i-D magazine uploaded the performance to their youtube channel this week so here it is for you to enjoy.
