Lifted from her fifth album ‘Woman To Woman’, Keyshia Cole teases a snippet of her Lil Wayne-assisted new single ‘Enough of No Love’. The preview comes before the release of it’s Benny Boom-directed visual, shot earlier this week. The production is typical oldschool Keyshia. This is probably what she needs because people want that Keyshia back and she’s singing about heartbreak again. It’s the type of dated R&B track for hood chicks who have been wronged by their baby daddies. The production is nice in part but her vocals are horrible, especially when she gets to that high pitch. Then there’s the fact that she always sings her songs in the same vocal arrangement. It’s like she’s afraid to switch up.
Lastly, I don’t think this track needed a feature. She probably felt she needed Weezy in there in order to pull in a hit. Lil Wayne’s verses are just getting tired to me anyway. ‘No Love’ hits iTunes on July 10th. Check out the snippet after the jump.
