Proving that he is definitely growing up, Bieber dares to be “hot and legal” on the latest cover of Rolling Stone. Unfortunately, he looks 12 trying to emulate 18. The issue also marks his second time gracing the cover of the highly-esteemed music editorial. Bieber also took to the stage to perform his second single, ‘As Long As You Love Me’ on ‘Australia’s Got Talent’ this week. A video for the track was filmed in Los Angeles recently.
