Misha B kicks off the upcoming release of her debut album with a UK top 20 single this week. The MNEK-produced ‘Home Run’ debuted at a moderate #11 on the Official UK singles chart. Despite the track being on sale for 59p, I was expecting it to debut in the top 10 at least. While not painstakingly bad, the track might have impacted better if she had some promo. I mean, where were her TV performances at?

In more exciting news, she has just announced that she will join pop’s rap heavyweight Nicki Minaj on her ‘Pink Friday Reloaded’ arena tour. “I’m over the moon to be Nicki’s support on her UK tour! Really looking forward to catching a vybz and gettin out there and performing new songs” she says. Misha is preparing to release her debut album which will feature a collaboration with U.S. Hip Hop star Missy Elliott. UK dates for the tour have been enclosed below.
