Keyshia Cole has released the second single from her new album ‘Woman to Woman’ (due November 19th). The cut is entitled ‘Trust and Believe’, and a Benny Boom-directed music video will be distributed in the coming weeks. Boom also directed Cole’s ‘Enough of No Love’ visual, which serves as the lead single from the upcoming project.

Produced by DJ Camper and written by Gourdan Banks, the track sees a scornful Keyshia returning to the very niche that got her where she is today – a pretty damn good break-up record with a gritty vocal! The moody R&B ballad, finds KC dumping her fella after realising it wasn’t meant to be. Long-term supporters of KC will be thrilled to know  it’s reminiscent to classic Keyshia from back in the day.

Though she remains in wedded bliss, and hasn’t encountered any heartbreak in the last few years, will fans be able to connect Keyshia to the music? After all, the subject matter no longer documents what’s going on in her personal life, and that was part of her appeal. Oh well, who cares? A good song is a good song and she is speaking out to all the ladies that happen to be in a dead-end relationship right now. This song is head and shoulders above any of the recent songs she’s put out.
