Ne-Yo has unveiled a new track online, called ‘Forever Now’. Starting off as a piano-laced ballad, the Stargate-produced number transitions into synth-heavy beats and electronic flourishes. This dancey club song is about a man’s frustration after seeing his ex-girlfriend moving on with a new man.
‘Forever Now’ is decent but he’s had better pop offerings including the lead single. Still, a hit is a hit however way you look at it. One things guaranteed. UK charts will eat this up. The upbeat number is lifted from his upcoming album ‘R.E.D.’, out on November 5th in the UK, and a day later in the States.
