Directed by Derek Blanks, soulful diva Chrisette Michele releases some behind the scenes footage from her ‘Charades’ video shoot. The cut serves as the lead single from her forthcoming ‘Audrey Hepburn’ mixtape, which will be available to download on December 8th. She has slimmed down quite a bit and the weight loss compliments her a lot, but I’m not feeling this look at all. I’m all for sista’s going au natural but her hair looks like it is super hungry for some moisturizer. Also, this ‘hipster’ look isn’t for everyone, and then there’s the issue where I hate seeing women smoking cigars.

That aside, I hope she’s able to carve a niche for herself in this very fickle industry because she’s mad talented. Good luck to her. I hope she continues to put out quality music as I’m definitely a fan of hers.
