Album Sampler: Solange – ‘True’…

Eclectic soul sista Solange will release her new EP ‘True’ on November 27th, and now fans can preview all seven songs, including lead single ‘Losing You’. The EP will be released to iTunes on November 27th via Terrible Records. However, a physical version of the compilation will be distributed to retailers in January. Check out a sampler below.

OMG she is starting to sound like her sister. Not just in her tone, but her vocal inflections are eerily similar to DC era Beyonce. I will be checking for this, I liked every track so far.

I’m a little disappointed with the direction of this EP, but so far the only song I know for sure I’ll like is number 6. Losing You is good too.

this ep is clearly 80′s inspired and that’s fine by me. her nusic is often nostalgic. i will disagree with her releasing a hard copy of this album because it’ll be a waste. she should save the hassle and keep it strictly itunes like dawn richard did.
