The BBC’s Children in Need appeal raised a record £26.7 million in a night of celebrity performances and entertainment. X Factor successors Leona Lewis and Little Mix took to the stage to sing songs they’ve never performed before…

Last night’s six-hour fundraising extravaganza highlighted the work the charity does with children throughout the UK and marked its 33rd anniversary.

Lewis delivered an amazing, powerhouse rendition of ‘Fireflies’ from her ‘Glassheart’ album while Little Mix sang a harmonious rendition of ‘Change Your Life.’

Lewis was assisted by the Lip Choir for the stunning performance and rocked a long black dress and a lighter shade of wavy brown hair. Perrie did a splendid job putting out those high notes, so much that a proud Jade could only look at her with pure admiration.
