Rihanna has selected her next single to be released off her commercially successful new album ‘Unapologetic.’ The Mikky Ekko-assisted ballad ‘Stay’ will be released on January 7th.
The rebellious pop minx debuted the emotional ballad during her latest Saturday Night Live appearance, and she wowed audiences with her underlying vocal talent.

This is a risky, yet very interesting single choice. While many acts are adamant to release generic dance tracks to appease the radio craze, Rihanna seems to be running away from them this era. I wonder why she changed her mind about the pre-announced second single, ‘Right Now’ with David Guetta. It just seemed like the obvious choice. Is she making the right decision?
