Building on the momentum of his Grammys performance, Justin Timberlake releases a new cut called ‘Mirrors’, which was produced by his longtime collaborator Timbaland. The track will appear on his forthcoming new album ‘The 20/20 Experience’, which will arrive in stores on March 19th. So is this 8-minute track any good? Find out!

‘Mirrors’ is a nice song but it’s a typical Timbaland production. The pounding beat sounds like a mash-up between ‘Cry Me A River’ and ‘What Goes Around Comes Around’ making it totally unoriginal (and maybe a tad bit dated). Maybe that’s not a bad thing for vintage JT fans. After all, it’s certainly a lot better than ‘Suit & Tie’. Actually, all his new songs are better than ‘Suit & Tie’! I’m excited for his new album, and I’m especially excited that it’s going to be urban. I cannot wait for EDM domination to fade away.
