Following his recent collaborations with Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, and girlfriend Ciara, Atlanta rapper Future is penning tracks for Jennifer Lopez‘s new album.

As well as production and songwriting credits, he will also be featured on the upcoming project, which is slated to drop in stores later this year. Future is fast becoming the go-to rapper in the industry after recently sharing studio time with Monica, Shakira, and Usher. Jennifer’s music has not really excited me since her ‘J.Lo’ days and I’m not really seeing the hype around this water gargling-sounding rapper either (he’s annoying). However, if she’s returning to the block, it had better be hot!
