Cassie releases the trailer for her upcoming new mixtape ‘Rocka Bye Baby’. The trailer arrives three weeks ahead of its April 11th drop date.

The dark and sinister clip features footage of a shooting scene from the iconic movie ‘New Jack City’, which inspired the set’s title. It’s good she’s trying to create hype for her new music, even if it’s just for a poxy mixtape. I don’t think we will ever get an album from her so this is as good as it’s going to get I’m afraid. ‘King of Hearts’ was a good track that went to waste and her boyfriend Diddy is a lost cause when it comes to her music career, or what’s left of it anyway.

She should have stayed with Ryan Leslie as far as I’m concerned. He’d have fought even harder for her music and laced her with some hot beats but what’s happened has happened. Check out her trailer below.
