Christina Aguilera unveils title of Cee Lo Green collaboration…

Christina Aguilera confirms in a new interview last night, that her hotly anticipated collaboration with Cee Lo Green is titled ‘Make The World Move’.

Green spoke about the track in a previous interview recently and did not want to reveal the title because he said it could change. Now that Aggy openly unveiled just makes their duet much more official now! The track will appear on Aggy’s forthcoming new album and she says the song is “fun, positive and full of life”. She also took the time out to justify why she takes her idle time with putting out albums. Some artists are given songs and are expected to just record them, with no questions asked, no artistic input, nothing. Aggy on the other hand says, she likes to get personally involved in her music and that takes more time. She still refuses to spill major details on the project but says it will be “amaaazing!”

I’m very happy she’s taking her time. Quality over quantity any day of the week and if more time means a simply “amaaazing!” album, so be it!

Details surrounding Christina Aguilera‘s new album have been kept tightly underwraps so far.

The scripted line, “it’s so introspective” (and not much else) has become so repetitive that interviewers must know what will come even before asking the question. In a new interview, her ‘Voice’ co-star Cee Lo Green confirms he has collaborated with Aggy on her forthcoming new album. He says Christina has recorded her part of their duet, but he needs to do his. The current title may change so he won’t divulge.

Fans already got a taster as to what an Aggy and Cee Lo duet would sound like when the brilliantly funktastic ‘Nasty’ was released last year. They both nailed it, and a second duet makes me very excited.

Performance: Aguilera & co perform Prince medley on ‘The Voice’…

I love Prince, and I certainly don’t take kindly to people massacring his songs. I can’t say I enjoyed the Prince medley by Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green during last night’s airing of ‘The Voice’. They shared the same stage while performing some of the legend’s hit songs including ’1999′, ‘Little Red Corvette’, ‘I Wanna Be Your Lover’ and ‘Kiss’.

Poor Shelton. He was clearly out of his comfort zone. The moment he started singing, I just bust out laughing. The other judges didn’t mesh that well either. As talented singers as they are, one of the reasons why this failed was because all four artists have distinct styles and sounds. Combining them for a Prince tribute was never going to work. Check out what they served up below.
