The Fugees-sampled cut serves as the third one to be lifted off her upcoming debut album, and follows previous singles ‘Home Run’ and ‘Do You Think Of Me’. As I stated previously, the song has nothing on her other singles. The video was spot on. The pace was so high-octane (thanks to her five specially trained gymnastic dancers). Tall paper clearly went into it, making it her best video to date. I just hope such effort does not go in vain as it would be a shame to see the single flop all because it didn’t receive any radio backing or proper promotion.

As well as the footage, she unwraps the official artwork for the single which is a photoshopped still from the actual shoot. In filming, she used five specially trained gymnastic dancers, 500 paint powder bombs, and 60 protective face masks, which were supplied for herself, the dancers and crew. The shoot also required 12 hours of rehearsals in ankle-deep water. All of those scenes, including the fire scenes were shown in glimpse, and the video looks like it’s going to be pretty damn smoking (pun definitely intended).
The 21-year-old appeared to have gone all out for the visual, hiring five specially-trained gymnastic dancers, pyrotechnics, and 500 paint powder bombs. Everyone on the shoot had to wear protective face masks and firemen were on standby to ensure that there were no casualties. She reportedly spent a staggering 12 hours rehearsing in ankle-deep levels of water for the visually appeasing shoot. Following the release of new song ‘Here’s To Everything’, Misha is gearing up to release her debut album this coming summer.
The positive number, celebrating life regardless of negativity, samples elements from The Fugees‘ 1996 single ‘Fu-Gee-La’. A sample, originally lifted from Teena Marie‘s 1988 hit ‘Ooo La La La’. The beat is a vivid concoction of drum & bass, ragga and dance, and though not her strongest single to date, it’s good to see she’s still putting her own stamp on the music. Hopefully for the 20-year-old, it becomes another top 10 hit. The song hits iTunes on April 28th. Take a listen to it below.

Check out Misha B getting her serious dance-on at last night’s MOBO Awards. Ever since the big voiced songstress previously finished fifth on last years X Factor, she’s been making some moves, and to think Tulisa almost ruined her chances at a music career. Looking every inch like a younger Chaka Khan, the 20-year-old blazed the stage with her UK top 20 hit ‘Home Run’. Performances like this, is what we live for.
Today is Happy Halloween, and to mark the occasion, X Factor alumni Misha B performed a Halloween-themed cover of Michael Jackson‘s ‘Thriller’ exclusively for MSN Music! On paper, this should be a bittersweet disaster. Being the iconic number that it is, ‘Thriller’ is such a theatrical song. So much, that you wouldn’t associate it to somebody ELSE just sitting there on a chair with just the assistance of some guitar strums. Neither would you imagine anyone singing it in such a stripped back manner. But…
