“We found love… in a hopeless place?” Last night, Rita Ora and superstar DJ Calvin Harris confirmed their new romance as they arrived hand in hand for Daft Punk‘s album listening party in London.

Rita Ora sported some unusual looks during a new photoshoot in London this weekend. The 22-year-old looked really washed out in the pics and her styling remained questionable as always.

Fashion fanatics got their life last night when the annual Met Gala came to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The soiree’s theme? Punk couture! All the A-listers in music came out, from Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Alicia Keys to Madonna and Gwen Stefani. Check out all the decadently fabulous looks and my commentary after the cut!

While wrapping up her latest era, Rita Ora drops the Rankin-directed visuals for her single ‘Facemelt’ off her debut album ‘Ora’.
Roc Nation‘s resident Brit serves us up a red light special as part of Hunger TV‘s series of music visuals. There’s a whole tonne of swag, attitude and edge but she gets no credit for giving us just 90 seconds.

Hunger magazine and Rita Ora team up to launch a conceptualized music video for ‘Facemelt’, off her debut album ‘ORA’.
The Rankin-directed video for the the Switch-produced cut will fully premiere April 30th on Hunger TV. But why would she release a video for a song that is only a minute and a half long? Unless she’s planning to unleash a full version soon. Check out a teaser below.

Who’d have thought Rita Ora could bag the cover of Elle USA? She doesn’t have a major following in the States and her selling power in that territory has yet to be validated. For the shoot, she was photographed by Thomas Whiteside and styled by Joe Zee. In the cover story, she discusses how record labels should never dictate an artist’s personal style, how the Spice Girls influenced her, and her big break in 2009! She looks really model-esque on the cover but that would be down to glossy photoshoots being her best friend, while paparazzi shots are not.
Rita Ora and Alicia Keys are featured in ELLE magazine’s ‘Women in Music’ issue (May 2013). I always felt that the blonde washed out Rita’s beauty so it’s really refreshing to see how flawless she looks with this brunette (her natural hair colour). She should revert to it on a more permanent basis. Too bad I can’t say the same about that dress. As for Alicia, something looks a little off but I like that red lipstick on her. She’s currently on the road with her ‘Set The World on Fire’ tour, while Rita is now recording her Stateside debut.

UK pop chicks Rita Ora and Jessie J land the cover for issue #4 of Hunger magazine. Both chart toppers were shot by famed photographer Rankin for the edgy photoshoot. Jessie was obviously shot before the Comic Relief head-shaving, but she looks fab and has really stepped up her image! I also love the GI Jane look on her because she has the perfect face for it. Plus, it shows off the true extent of her natural beauty (naturally pretty chicks are STILL pretty even without their hair).
Taking to the stage on Australia‘s ‘Sunrise’, Rita Ora woke up bright and early yesterday to perform her latest single, the Sia penned ‘Radioactive’.
As ever, the 22-year-old shows viewers just why she is such a great live singer. Rita is currently Down Under because her Australian tour kicks off tonight at King George Park and she wraps it all up on March 11th. She is also working on her debut US album, set to drop later this year. With an underwhelming debut, we can only hope her music sashays away from all forums of generic this time.
